RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: Purchases made on this site are final sale. Returns and/or exchanges can not be accommodated.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS: Post-transaction change of address requests can not be accommodated. Please enter your shipping address correctly.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Purchases from this site are dispatched on a production timeline of 10-14 business days. As is standard practice in the United States, "business days" are calculated as Mondays through Fridays - excluding national and postal holidays.
​Shipping updates, such as "out for delivery," or "delivered" are electronically uploaded by the USPS and automatically communicated to the customer through the online merchant platform. Dubb Life Records does not receive or control further information on status, does not control or influence carrier updates, and cannot assist with carrier-related inquiries.
LOST OR LATE PACKAGE? Once your shipment leaves the retailer's possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier. Dubb Life Records can not provide any assistance with the tracking or location of packages in the Carrier's possession.
This retailer will NOT refund purchases or shipping fees in the event of non-delivery or late delivery by the USPS. Standard shipping does not include package insurance.

RETURNED PACKAGES: This retailer relies on the true and accurate shipping details entered by you during the checkout process. If a package is returned to the shop as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee dependent on item weight and original shipping fee paid for in the U.S. or international destinations. Otherwise, a credit in the amount of the items purchased less the shipping fee will be made to the original form of payment on file.
